Returns & Refunds

We accept returns in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

EU customers

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To request a return, please contact us at info@siplcnc.cz before sending the item back.

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition. You may inspect the product as reasonably necessary, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process the refund using the original payment method. For EU consumer withdrawals, refunds will be made in accordance with applicable law, including the applicable standard delivery cost. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
