Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from the Czech Republic.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to countries within the European Union, the United States, and Canada.

Shipping Rates

European Union:
Tracked shipping – $12.90 USD

United States and Canada:
Tracked international shipping – $19.90 USD

Additional items can be shipped in the same order at no additional shipping cost.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, customs processing, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Orders are shipped with tracking. Tracking information will be provided when the order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly collected at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
