Products and Orders

Qaldenso sells precision CNC-machined products and accessories. Product photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that the information provided during checkout is complete and correct.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing or technical error, or if the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled. Any payment already received for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Payment is processed using the payment methods available at checkout.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the destinations and at the shipping rates displayed during checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs procedures, carriers, or other circumstances outside our control.

For shipments outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, customs charges, and other fees imposed by the destination country may apply. Unless expressly collected at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, withdrawals, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights that consumers have under applicable law.

Product Use

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase may be legally owned, imported, installed, and used in their country or jurisdiction.

Products must be installed and used appropriately and only for their intended purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Qaldenso is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, modification, misuse, or use contrary to the intended purpose of the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All original product designs, photographs, graphics, text, and other content published on qaldenso.com remain the property of their respective owner and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections granted to them by the laws applicable in their country of residence.
